If all required documentation was received, a proper 7-day notice was issued seven or more days before we receive your information, and full payment was received no later than 2:00 p.m.- we will do our best to file the eviction the same day. However, service may take longer than the same day, and tenants must receive notice three days prior to the hearing. We do not guarantee same day service of Tenant/Defendant.
